TQUK Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (RQF)

The purpose of the qualification is to develop the underpinning knowledge of learners who are Registered Managers or those working towards being a registered manager within the Residential Childcare setting. The qualification helps to develop learners to be able to lead and manage within the specialist setting.

Successful learners can progress to other educational routes and/or job roles, such as:

• Children’s Young People Families Manager
• Residential Childcare Assistant Manager/Manager
• Assistant Manager in within adult or children and young people’s social care settings

Learners must achieve 64 credits from the mandatory units and a minimum of 26 credits from the optional units.
