The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their roles and subject areas. As soon as I arrived I was made to feel at ease. The delivery of training was a good mix of PowerPoint, spoken and activity based which met all of my needs as a learner. Mathew and Stephen was on hand to answer any questions and was very easy to get on with. The building was clean and tidy, with plenty of sanitiser and hand washing facilities. Staff was all up to-date with all Covid procedures. Will definitely book more training with Basegreen.
