Description

Discount up to £340 if you make multiple bookings at once

Want to book onto the FREC 3 as well as FREC 4/FREC 5/CERAD?
Message us for a discount code.
Courses must be booked at the same time. There must be at least 4 weeks between FREC 3 and FREC 4. There must also be at least 4 weeks between FREC 4 and FREC 5. You must pass your first course and complete all your workbooks between moving onto the next course.

Candidates are held responsible to pass and complete their courses on time, and if they do not do so before their next course, Basegreen Academy will not be held liable if they are unable to attend.

In other words, it is candidates’ own responsibility to ensure that they will be eligible for each course by the time the course is due to occur.

Likewise, there are eligibility criteria to complete the CERAD – learners must be employed by a CQC registered organisation and have a UK driving licence.

The Qualsafe FREC 3 is endorsed by The Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care – The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and fulfilling the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level D.

The course normally 3 runs for 5 days, normally at our Sheffield or Manchester base, though we can make alternative arrangements for multiple bookings. Choose your date above, and upon the completion of your purchase, you will receive joining instructions over email. When you attend our centre, you can expect to be greeted by a member of staff, who will direct you where to go and answer any of your questions. Our expert tutors will ensure to provide you with the skills and knowledge to meet the FREC 3 standard.

In addition to all this - there is tea and coffee always available on site.

The level 3 FREC course can be used as an alternative to the First Person on Scene Intermediate (FPOSi) qualification.

The 3 day QA Level 3 Certificate in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) re-qualification course is also perfect for those who have already completed an FPOSi qualification and are due to requalify.

Career Opportunities

FREC 3 can lead to roles such as Event Medical Responder, Emergency Care Support Worker and more.

It is also a requirement for those working in security and is suitable for those working in Law Enforcement and Fire and Rescue.

After completion of the FREC 3, you can do FREC level 4 next and open up even further job opportunities. We recommend using one of our discounts - read more above under 'Discount up to £340 if you make multiple bookings at once'.
