About This Course
Become a First Responder by completing the 1-week QA Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF), also called the FREC 3.
This accredited programme equips aspiring first responders to perform the role efficiently, teaching things like:
• Protection from Danger
• Identification of Illness and Injury
• Triage of Patients
• Effective Communication
• Documentation (PCRs)
• Treatment of Injuries
• Patient Confidentiality
The Qualsafe FREC 3 is endorsed by The Faculty of Pre-Hospital Care – The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and fulfilling the competencies set out in the PHEM skills framework at descriptor level D.
The course normally 3 runs for 5 days. We can make alternative arrangements for multiple bookings. Choose your date above.
